About this visa

The subclass 300 visa allows the fiance(e) of a citizen or permanent resident to enter the country in order to marry their partner within the validity of the visa.

After marrying, the holder can apply for a partner visa to remain permanently. It suits couples who intend to marry but are not yet married.

You will need to show a genuine relationship, that you have met in person, and a genuine intention to marry - all of which we help you evidence.
